The Prize amounts to $50,000 and is awarded to two laureates, each receiving $50,000.<\/p>\n<p>The criteria for selecting initiatives are as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The initiative must have been implemented for at least two years;<\/li>\n<li>The initiative must have contributed to one or more of the following five priority areas:\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting girls\u2019 transition from primary to lower secondary education and their completion of basic education;<\/li>\n<li>Developing literacy skills among adolescent girls and young women;<\/li>\n<li>Creating safe, violence-free teaching and learning environments that are responsive to girls\u2019 educational needs;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the full participation of female and male teachers in providing education that responds to the educational needs of girls; and<\/li>\n<li>Helping adolescent girls and young women acquire the knowledge and skills they need to enter the labour market and pursue successful lives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Accordingly, eligible organizations and individuals are invited to submit their applications to the Iranian National Commission for UNESCO, together with the completed application form, by 1 May 2025, via email to the Education Group at <a href=\"mailto:education@irunesco.org\">education@irunesco.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The application form is available <a href=\"https:\/\/unesco.ir\/en\/%d9%81%d8%b1%d9%85-%d8%aa%d9%82%d8%a7%d8%b6%d8%a7%d9%8a-%d8%ac%d8%a7%d9%8a%d8%b2%d9%87-4\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">here<\/a>.
