It reviews national efforts across four main areas: policymaking, digital infrastructure, capacity-building and international cooperation. Iran has also played an active role in this process by organizing training courses, workshops and introductory programs on the principles of open science for researchers and students.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">UNESCO has stated that the report aims to assess countries\u2019 progress, identify implementation barriers and facilitate the exchange of experiences among governments and scientific institutions.
