He noted that these crises are interconnected and that responses to them must be grounded in regional and global cooperation and guided by an integrated, science-based approach.<\/p>\n<p>He also highlighted the role of specialized international organizations such as UNESCO in water resource management, water diplomacy, and transboundary cooperation. He stated that water could be a source of tension, but, through a knowledge-based and cooperative approach, it could instead provide a foundation for peace and convergence.<\/p>\n<p>The conference, attended by officials, representatives of international organizations, university professors, researchers, and students, featured specialized sessions, scientific paper presentations, and the 19th Green Development Festival, at which outstanding works in film, photography, and painting were recognized.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 29th Annual National and Regional
