Call for Applications: L’Oréal–UNESCO Joint Research Award
| UNESCO has announced the 2026 UNESCO–L’Oréal Joint Research Award for Women Researchers in the fields of Life Sciences and Environmental Sciences through correspondence with its Member States. A total of €100,000 will be awarded to five women researchers, one from each of the five continents. |
Applicants must:
- Be recognized by the international scientific community for their outstanding scientific achievements;
- Be actively engaged in scientific research;
- Conduct research in one of the fields of Life Sciences or Environmental Sciences.
Applicants must be nominated by prominent scientists and experts, such as heads and faculty members of scientific institutions, research chairs, or university professors.
The application deadline is 4 July 2026. Applications must be submitted online in English.
