The Social and Human Sciences Sector of the National Commission for UNESCO in Iran, within the framework of UNESCO’s global mandate, seeks to harness the social and human sciences to advance social justice, sustainable peace, inclusive development and social resilience through the analysis of social transformations, strengthening research–policy linkages, and promoting ethics in science and technology.
