Riyadh to Host the Fourth UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in 2026
The Fourth UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (GFEAI 2026) will be held from 14 to 17 September 2026 in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with UNESCO, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and the International Center for AI Research and Ethics (ICAIRE). |
The event aims to expand global dialogue on ethics, data governance, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. It will be held alongside the Global AI Summit (GAIN 2026) as part of Saudi Arabia’s Global AI Week.
In their announcement, the forum’s organizers emphasized the importance of the participation of ministers, policymakers, and high-level national delegations, describing the event as an opportunity to exchange views and strengthen international cooperation on the ethical governance of artificial intelligence.
